How to Change a Crew Join Code

Short answer

Open the Crew, choose CHANGE or SET beside CREW CODE, enter 4–20 letters or numbers, and save. Clearing a code is a separate deliberate action.

Steps

  1. Open CREWS and select the Crew.
  2. Tap CHANGE or SET.
  3. Enter the memorable code and tap SAVE.

What happens next

New shared links use the current code. Older codes should not be treated as current.

Common problems

  • Only a Crew admin can change the code.
  • Codes are normalized to uppercase letters and numbers.
