How to Create a Crew
Short answer
Open the map drawer, choose CREWS, tap NEW CREW, enter a name, choose the tracking rule, and create the Crew.

- Open the map drawer.
- Tap CREWS.
- Tap NEW CREW.
- Name the Crew and configure tracking.
- Tap GENERATE ENCRYPTED INVITE.
How this works
Creating a Crew makes you its owner and gives it a canonical invite code immediately. Sharing that code is a separate deliberate action, so a new Crew is private until you hand the code to someone.
Creation is a server write with no offline queue behind it. A failed attempt leaves you with no Crew rather than one that appears when connectivity returns.
Free plans allow up to 2 Crews and 5 members each; Pro raises both configured limits, and enforced tracking is an admin control that may not be offered on your plan.
What happens next
The Crew appears in the map header selector and starts empty. Members arrive only through a code and an admin decision.
Common problems
- A Crew name is required.
- If you reached your plan’s Crew limit, STALKR opens the upgrade screen.
- Creating a Crew does not start sharing; you still choose Live for that Crew.
