How Expected Arrival Alerts Work

Short answer

Choose an expected arrival when starting a Journey to arm overdue detection. If you have not arrived, STALKR can check on you first, allow an ETA extension, and then alert watchers if you do not respond.

Steps

  1. Choose an expected-arrival duration in the Journey form.
  2. Respond to the overdue prompt if it appears.
  3. Extend the ETA or confirm your state.

What happens next

The saved change appears in the relevant map, library, or sharing scope when the service confirms it.

Common problems

  • This depends on deployed schedules, server functions, push/email configuration, and connectivity.
  • It does not dispatch emergency services.
