What a Stale Location Means

Short answer

A stale location is the last known point, not a current claim. STALKR derives live, stale, and unknown state from the last successful timestamp.

Steps

  1. Open the member details and check the last update time.
  2. Ask the member to confirm Live, permission, battery, and connectivity.

What happens next

The saved change appears in the relevant map, library, or sharing scope when the service confirms it.

Common problems

  • Check that you selected the intended Crew or Journey scope.
  • If the action writes data, confirm the device has connectivity and try once more.

Questions this answers

  • Why is my friend stale?
  • How old is this location?
  • Why isn't someone moving?
