How to Open a Saved Route
Short answer
Open the map drawer and tap ROUTES, or open Map Layers and tap MANAGE ROUTES. Select a Route card to open its details and load its line and Checkpoints.
Steps
- Open ROUTES or MANAGE ROUTES.
- Choose the ROUTES tab.
- Tap the saved Route.
How this works
Routes are personal. They live in your own library rather than in a Crew, and opening one loads its geometry and its copied Checkpoints so the line can be drawn and followed.
A Route exists only because a completed Track was promoted into one. If a Route you expect is missing, the Track it should have come from is the place to look, under Routes → TRACKS.
Route geometry has to be loaded to be drawn, and there is no supported offline Route cache to fall back on.
What happens next
The Route's line and Checkpoints load, and it can be shown on the map or followed from here.
Common problems
- A Route only exists if a Track was deliberately saved as one.
- The global Routes & Checkpoints layer can hide a Route that is present in the library.
