How to Finish a Track

Short answer

Tap Stop in the Track HUD. Review the recording, then choose SAVE TRACK, SAVE AS ROUTE, or the two-step DISCARD action. The review cannot be dismissed without choosing an outcome.

Steps

  1. Tap the stop icon.
  2. Review distance, time, movement, shape, and quality.
  3. Choose SAVE TRACK, SAVE AS ROUTE, or DISCARD and confirm.

What happens next

Saved Tracks appear in Track history. Save as Route also creates a reusable Route and copied Route Checkpoints.

Common problems

  • Check that you selected the intended Crew or Journey scope.
  • If the action writes data, confirm the device has connectivity and try once more.
