How to Pause or Resume a Track
Short answer
Use the pause button in the Track HUD to stop adding Track points; press play to resume. Your Crew can still see you while the Track is paused if that Crew remains Live.

- Tap Pause in the Track HUD.
- Tap Play to resume recording.
What happens next
Elapsed/rest statistics continue to distinguish paused time from recorded movement.

- Check that you selected the intended Crew or Journey scope.
